At Enjoy Life Foods, we make our products without the most common food allergens. That means we don’t use ingredients containing the allergens of mandatory declaration, defined as wheat and other cereals containing gluten, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, egg, sesame seeds, shellfish, fish, molluscs, celery, lupin, mustard, and sulphites above 10 ppm. These ingredients account for the vast majority of food allergy reactions. We even make our tasty foods in a dedicated nut and gluten-free factory, so you can nibble with confidence!
